#CENTCOM said the blockade would be “enforced impartially against vessels of all nations” entering or departing Iranian ports & coastal areas.
It said it would still allow ships traveling between non-Iranian ports to transit the #StraitOfHormuz.

“But when just inches away from “Islamabad MoU”, we encountered maximalism, shifting goalposts, & blockade,” he wrote, using an acronym for “memorandum of understanding.”
He added, “Good will begets good will. Enmity begets enmity.”
