Why is the eclipse coverage just showing the same near-identical close-up from every location?

Wouldn't it make more sense to show a long shot of the different landscapes with the eclipse in the background? 🤔

Yes, but i was to lazy to hunt for a good landscape that would work. So it's a boring shot from my balcony :)

Because it’s pretty hard to expose for both the sun and the landscape in one Picture. Either the landscape disappears in darkness, or the sun is so blown out that you won’t see the eclipse.
