So, if the hellsite is not "an important gateway for business users to reach end users" (per the @EUCommission - https://ec.europa.eu/commission/presscorner/detail/en/mex_24_5324), then why is every single government Department, public body, journalist and business I can think of still firmly and stubbornly dug in there, churning out their 'content'?
