Videos of depositions that were taken down from YouTube because of the risk of harassment and "reputational harm" towards DOGE members Nate Cavanaugh and Justin Fox can be published online again. Judge Colleen McMahon, who had originally ordered that the videos be removed, wrote in this new ruling: "[T]he testimony in the videos concerns the conduct of public officials acting in their official capacities — a context in which the public interest in transparency and accountability is at its apex."
