The codebase of Python 3 contains over 200 links to Wikipedia!

On Linux, extract the tarball and:

`grep -r wikipedia | wc --lines`

...to get the exact number of references!

And in English:

We have all been laid off and released from duty, and I have slowly started looking for something new to do (I have 3 paid months off, so I'm not in a hurry yet).

Do you know someone looking for a developer who enjoys working with #Python and #Django? Preferably a place allowing you to write the code yourself, without expectations that you do it with assistance from AI.

Mit CV er her: decibyte.net/cv/

RE: en.osm.town/@mdione/1162394893…

OK, the push for AI is official. I'm definitely open for new positions.

I'm a jack of all trades, systems dev and admin, #Linux, #Python, #postgres, #ansible, #prometheus, #grafana, security conscious, I like to review code, and for my hobbies I do some #GIS and would like to do more.

Check my CV grulic.org.ar/~mdione/

and my blog grulic.org.ar/~mdione/glob/ (not a typo)

Supply-chain attack on litellm

"At 10:52 UTC on March 24, 2026, litellm version 1.82.8 was published to PyPI. The release contains a malicious .pth file (litellm_init.pth) that executes automatically on every Python process startup when litellm is installed in the environment."

RE: mastodon.social/@dzwiedziu/115…

Sooo, remember my most boosted post of #wrapstodon 2025?

I'm still unemployed, now facing moving out of France by the end of April.

Recap: jack of all trades #Linux sysadmin, with broad, 10y+ experience in system and applications administration. Preferred location would be #Strasbourg or fully remote or as a mentee for #freelance with #ADHD.

(Please clap, I mean boost 🔁)
