Talk about community. You #emfcamp folks 🥰🥲🥹 I've got people helping take my gear in their cars because I can't drive, I've been adopted into the kindest village making me feel super welcome, and someone even just offered to put up my tent because I'm getting there late on Friday with my kid.

⛺️ What’s a village?
A village is a place where people with a shared interest have decided to be. You’ll see named blobs on the map that show roughly where they intend to camp. Some of them have a big shared tent they set up where they cook together and make things, others a circle of chairs, some are just friends who want to camp together… it varies.
You don't need to be part of a village, but if you're a first timer there's a blob at the top right corner called "unaffiliated village" where you could camp with other first timers if you wanted (but it is at the noisy end), otherwise the whole camping area is your oyster.
Some villages run workshops or show off stuff they've brought, and they'll usually advertise that in some way. Some are even here on Mastodon! (Say hi)

Aww yeah! This is *much* more like it. Rigilene and Electrical tape are in fact a reallly powerful combination for stabilising this!
I need to work out what glow pattern i want and to secure the microcontroller better so it doesnt get wrecked like the one on my old LED corset, but ultimately i think this is now ready for #EMFCamp
