Mike is reading a letter, "`Dear Mike, I note you've collected millions of letters through the years... At some point do they start to smell?'" Mike now says, "Hi, all! Kim and I just drew mail bin duty!" Kim says, "So let's get right to it! `Dear guys...'" But she is interrupted, "Dad? Kim?" Mike says, "Alex! What are you doing here?" She says, "Sorry to step on your story arc, but Kim's in danger!" Kim is startled, "I am? Why?" "You're an adopted immigrant! ICE is looking for you!" B.D. says, "Kim! We came as soon as we hear!" Boopsie says, "Don't worry, girlfriend! We have your back!" Kim says, "But I'm a U.S. citizen! I've been in this strip for decades!" Alex says, "ICE don't care, Kimbo!" Zonker says, "Heads up! Unmarked van just pulled in!" "OK, circle up! No one's getting Kim!" shouts Alex. B.D. says, "Whistles out, everyone!" An out-of-frame ICE officer shouts, "Kim Doonesbury! Time to go back to your dirty little country!" The gang all start blowing their whistles. Suddenly, Mike recognizes the ICE officer, "Zeke? Are you kidding me?" Zeke, who's wearing a mask and pointing a gun, says, "Look, I don't write this stuff"
