So, Quad 9 stopped responding again. I'm not sure what's going on. I really want to keep using Quad 9, but the reliability has been pretty spotty lately. 9.9.9.9 was responding to ping, but not responding to queries -- both regular queries and DNS over TLS. Location: San Jose, CA.

This happens from time to time with Quad9 DNS. It's annoying since I really like their service. Tonight for about 12 minutes 9.9.9.9 stopped responding. Anyone else experienced this issue with Quad9 before? This is not the first time for me.
