it's far from the only long-term accessibility problem either. I keep looking for a Linux OS to put on a smartphone that I'm not pretty much guaranteed to start physically breaking no matter how careful I am with my phone within a week but so far none are compatible with the rugged phones that would hold up with my handling.

Ankle/wrist weights will combat my neuropathy enough for consistent walking & likely knife use but won't stop my dropping of small things like phones.

Overall the pattern keeps repeating - loads of energy & time spent fighting on wording of how to direct the complaint or actually fix the problems- but not much if any on actually solving the #Accesssibility problems.
