Police and prosecutors over charged this woman for her emotional outburst accusing her of planning a mass shooting or terrorist attack despite there being no other evidence of her possessing the means, materials or plans for such an act.

Charges which could have put her away for up to 15years. The judge set a very high bond on her of $100k!
