Not really, this is typical for #scams, I've seen a YT #Scam video with very similar wording such es this some weeks ago:

"UPDATE — 10:41 — Since this article was published, more than 5,100 people have visited the Bryndal Capholm registration page. The platform states that new UK registrations are limited to 200 per week due to the capacity of the validation teams. At the time of writing, 👉161 places out of 200 have been taken👈."
