@ambivalena I have tried to reverse engineer this recipe and make a gluten-free version at home. I can get pretty close (Tamari sauce, brown sugar, sake, basil, toasted sesame oil, black pepper) but something is missing. It might just be that gas grills aren't the same as charcoal grills.
