A #ThrowbackThursday picture... of a time when our law enforcement officers were friendly, trustworthy, and loyal.

Okay, I made that bit up. This was the Castro Street Fair and we were being very gay that day.

I should probably also mention he is wearing a full, head covering, rubber Doberman mask. And he has a big smile painted on that mask. His eyes are soft and kind behind that dog mask.
