153 seconds on edge of the bay. Not sure it was worth the effort but hey, it didn't cost anything to try.

Edit: As the day wears on, the more I grow happy with this photo. Initially, the colors bothered me. But now they remind me of autumn leaves, Halloween, and the artificial plastic ivy and fake flowers you find on the shelves of craft stores. 👍👍👍

A long wooden fishing pier juts out into the San Francisco Bay. Some wooden pilings also rise up from the water, nearby. Taken at night, the lights from Sausalito are visible in the distance. Also, the pier glows with green and yellow lights, which were barely visible to the naked eye but pop here in this very long exposure.

The cloudy sky and choppy brown bay water are smooth. 153 seconds does that to movement.

It was definately worth it, it's really nice, and I too love the colours.

@ambivalena In the distance, there's a little bit of the last arch of the Golden Gate Bridge on the far left. And to the right of the storage shack, light trails of cars going up from the bridge to the Robin Williams tunnel.

Along the waterfront below the tunnel? That's the future home of Starfleet Academy, two centuries from now.

Ah, thanks. I would not have realized it was the GGB if you haven´t said so. Starfleet Academy, this is a joke right?
