After the snow - Bamburgh

My original plans for this morning was to head to the coast to get a sunrise photo at Dunstanburgh Castle. After driving through a snowstorm for about 20 mins I realised my plans weren't going to work out.

I decided to head further north to get to the otherside of the snow, I thought Bamburgh would be a good location.

From what I originally planned, this photo is a polar opposite. 😀

To the right of the beach a castle stands on a hill with lights visible in the early morning gloom. on the horizon an island is visible with a single light from the Farne (island) Lighthouse.
