I have to make the point on masculinity in America: boys need examples of adult men successfully asserting masculinity in moral, good, pro-social and respectful ways. Masculinity can be associated with integrity. Making the smart, right choice, even when it's hard, used to double as masculine posturing and gain respect and status. That means adult men, now, have to do hard, right things, and expect respect.
You can't find these examples in business nor politics.
