this social circus will play out in an endless stream of appeals, counter appeals, trump spitting venom and vitriol in every conceivable direction, delays, pompous bullshit, and America will still be waiting on any verdict for years. my opinion only ... 😬

I don’t see where the Bernstein and Greene paper supports the assertion that “Academic psychologists tell us that between 65% and 75% of jurors make up their minds about a case after the opening statement.”
