if only there were some sort of sports arena or stadium within a reasonable distance from that building they wouldn't have had to build that. Maybe one where pro sporting events are regularly held with luxury boxes, concessions, bathrooms.

It is kind of funny that some asshole that spent a million bucks on a ticket will be using a portapotty though.
