We gave up on these toxins many years ago in favour of checking the animals and being prepared to remove ticks with a simple tool.

The cats are not extreme swimmers, but the dugs have always been in the water every day. They are all still healthy.

same, we stopped using it a few years ago on our dogs when we discovered how toxic it was to aquatic life - our dogs also love swimming. The last time we went to our vets they tried to push it on us again and the vet was really surprised when we said no because it basically napalms every aquatic invertebrate. Horrendous stuff.
