The person in the costume is dressed as Chewbacca from Star Wars, but the sign they are holding features Donald Trump edited to look like a Galactic Imperial Officer (wearing the distinct grey uniform and cap of the Galactic Empire). The use of Chewbacca is deliberate here; in the Star Wars lore, the Wookiees were enslaved and oppressed by the Empire, making him a symbol of the "Rebellion" or resistance against an "Imperial Tyrant."
