Whoa, this is so far from normal: 15°C (60°F) in Reno, Nevada, it is unheard of. From Reno, the Sierra snow pack looks like late spring or early summer--it is bare halfway up the mountains! This time of year, a 100 years ago, people were ice skating on the frozen Truckee River that flows through downtown! Today, and this week, it will be almost warm enough to swim in the river. 😨 🫣
