There was a serious mismatch with the tone and the action. It feels like they wanted some Lookey Toons type cartoon or slapstick violence. But the violence was also so bloody and real. There was a dissonance.

Also, Quan and DeBose had little onscreen chemistry.

@mookie - yeah, while I enjoyed both of them, I'd have to agree. But that big Sean Astin scene was lovely.
