sharkey setup so far:

- create and setup a non-admin user
- enable linger to autostart user services on systemstart
- podman network for it
- podman volumes for postgresql,valkey,sharkey
- create pod, and containers of that pod inside the user
- create a reverse-proxy-nginx entry to have access from le internet

- setup podman auto updates
- finish sharkey setup
- do some form of backup
- ???
- create a MR to have this on sharkeys documentation
