At the start of the year I edited together a Creative Commons-licensed soundtrack for silent film "Wings" (1927), the first ever movie to win the Oscar for Best Picture. The idea was to create a version that is watchable but also available to freely distribute online.

It would be nice to do more of these, does anyone have requests for silent films to do next? (Dramas would probably be better than comedies, comedies tend to require tight purpose-written scores.)
