Watching the sky fade

Monochrome photo of a high bridge over a body of water with apartment blocks and then skyscrapers in the background. It's not quite night yet, but clearly late, as there's not lots of contrast in the image, but also because lights are on in all the buildings. In the foreground, on the right, leaning on the bridge railing, is a figure, just about silhouetted against the bridge and a dark block.
