Awkward Yet's cartoon: Heart is carring a big load of past trauma. Next frame, bad news, pandemic, and stress have been added to the load. Heart, carrying this big load, worriedly approaches a minor inconvenience, in the form of a small raised edge in the sidewalk, which of course, causes Heart to trip and fall, spilling the entire huge load all over the ground. Heart has burst into tears.

Brain (to whom the load Heart is carrying is invisible) approahces from behind and scolds Heart, "I think you're overreacting."
