About two and a half weeks ago, I restarted my drawing practice. I never got particularly far with it before. Any general advice for someone who is basically a beginner at drawing?

The main tip is, don't drown your enjoyment in all the ways folks will tell you that you "should" be drawing, and don't be tempted to think you need certain kit to get started.
There is such strength in zero budget, zero plan creation. Let it happen.
By all means, hike up the mountain to go paint a sunset, but maintain the freedom to find a certain fascination with your own thumb while you're up there.👍
