You know you picked a good hosting service when they bother to tell you about 15 *seconds* of downtime:

I had providers w/ a 4 9's SLA who gave us worse service, & wouldn't have bothered to tell us about even 15 MINUTES of downtime, because we had to file 4 pages of paperwork to get the US$100 we'd be entitled to under the SLA.

And, last I checked, @mastohost complies with #AGPLv3!
