These little furry fuckers for #InsectSaturday 🪲

Around 9 pm, it is as if someone shouts "RELEASE THE HOUNDS!" and dozens of June beetles descend from the skies and doodle through the garden like drunk assholes. They're everywhere, especially all over my head and body. I hate them with a passion now. I'm all for creepy-crawlies and love to watch them, but not in my personal space, please.

The chickens, however, love them. From 9 to 10 pm, they gallop and jump through the run, chasing beetles like sky raisins. 😂
