So it's not only me with the falling asleep panic attacks. I don't think it's related to covid in my case. Night time #anxiety goes back a long time for me. Outright panic attacks is a more recent thing though. Traumatic events.

I kinda WISH there was succubus' in my nightmares, then I'd realize they aren't real and it won't really be a nightmare.

Instead, my nightmares are all related to my past. People and memories I wish I could forget coming back to haunt me when I'm supposed to be at rest...😔
