It took hours but many paintings are now filed away, and the duds are on the "to be reused" paper rack. The pastel sticks are back from the easel to the big table and two plein air boxes, pretty much good to go to the field. Because, you know, some day this wind will cease and the plein air season will be here.

Another #BloomScrolling post - This painting just went to a good home. The buyer wanted to take it in December, but was so kind to let me keep it so I could show in my show in Fallon.

My favorite neighborhood farm has several patches of flowering fennels. They are beautiful in the sun, but I wanted to see them under moonlight, which is difficult to do. This is what I imagine it might look like.
