On February 24, twelve free software enthusiasts met in #Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) for a #LibreLocal community meetup. They shared their experience in using and contributing to #FreeSoftware and discussed how to foster #LibreSoftware in the DRC.
