Knitted slippers!
My first ever knit, so I'm stupidly proud of them. 😌

The first one (left) was too small, so I added both width and length to the second one and it's a lot more comfortable! Although still not the best on the comfort front, they do their job of keeping my toes warm.

The yarn is second hand, probably some sort of wool blend. I used a free tutorial from a blog called "Crazyhands":

This is a handpainted 1:380 scale model of Char's Zaku, from the TV show Mobile Suit Gundam. I placed it next to a quarter for scale.

🧶🧶🧶 Needed a knitting palette cleanser, so knocked out this new pattern - The Emotional Support Little Chickie, a pocket-sized comfort fowl.

Mistakes were made. And that's OK... at least the safety eyes are kinda even. Now that I know the ropes, I think I might make several to surprise-gift to people here at the nursing home.

The child-like instant joy it brings to others is everything!
