got the first of my #shingles #vaccines and:

1. did not know innoculation is broken into two parts. in another 2 months i will get the second round.

2. even though i prepared for the “flu-like symptoms” side-effects, i haven't had the flu in so long i forgot how bad it feels.

but i don't care. the evidence is too stacked in favor of the vaccine being a major deterrent in the development of #Alzheimer's #dementia.

so if y’all did not know you need a 2nd shot, go get it.

get your #shingles #vaccines. there is strong evidence of the connection between the virus (#chickenpox turned #herpes zoster) and #Alzheimer's induced #dementia.
