I don't doubt your statement, as Dubrov apparently survived 60 trips to bis mirher country after becoming a persona non grata officially. So, he didnt get any tea of the Kremlin brand. 😉
Still, for me that is just circumstancial evidence and no proof that #Dubrov is a #KremlinOperative or asset.
