If Netanyahu began wearing vintage Nazi uniforms, began sporting natty facial hair, AND began yapping in German, people would still make excuses for him. The tide of public opinion IS turning, but governments are like supertankers and require a long time to change course after getting the message. But I firmly believe that Israel is going to find out how much (little) real support it commands very soon.
