#UX is asked to do less and less design to ship more and more features. But no amount of fiddling around the edges adds up to one impactful change.

Real systems design requires a different kind of thinking, because product logic squashes agency to make users fungible, while resilient services must embrace and extend that agency.

Building and scaling a system like that requires a new set of skills. These skills are the future of #UXdesign.
