#Musk, as the owner, has the freedom to cancel #X accounts and even assign them to other people.

He already did that and assigned people a different account because he wanted to have theirs.

That he wants to do that again for Alex Jones, shows that anybody who says something negative about Musk is at risk of losing their account (and #followers).

The only way to be assured of a self-owned, independent follower base is by being on a federated platform such as #Mastodon
