Had a nice find on the Duddon Estuary today, Spotted Redshank. Best pic I managed to get.

A flock of Redshank flying low over a flooded saltmarsh, near centre of frame is a Spotted Redshank clearly showing the longer dark bill and legs, fuller body and belly with black patches as it comes into breeding plumage.
