It started already at tenth century BC and later during the First World War and the Sykes-Picot treaty in 1916 and the Balfour-Declaration in 1917 🤷🏻‍♀️ and final decision was from UN after Second World War War

It’s a complex materie and not simple to solve as with all changes forced by war in the past
