I have Discover Pro among others and when they asked something like half the original price for an update, I commented under their commercial on FB, that I found that pretty steep for existing users ... and got banned and blocked. I didn't insult or use strong language, just uttered a bit of criticism regarding their price policy.
They lost me as a customer, not just because of their prices, but because of their shameful customer policy.

George’s business practices are so slimy, that I feel like I have to take a shower every time his company name is mentioned.
If any are curious, go to KVRAudio and see what users there say and think about his company and his business dealings.
