The older I've gotten the less tolerance for Tarantino as a filmmaker I have. He's a great stylist and I won't diminish his talent, but there's a certain juvenile quality to his writing that I think has only gotten worse with age with his revisionist history films which I have largely not loved.
I will still revisit Jackie Brown, his only adaptation of somebody else's writing, and I have a soft spot in my heart for Death Proof as a fan of 70s car films, but meh overall.
