I did get out on the Bay briefly yesterday. When we have low wind in the spring, the Chesapeake is stunning. A couple photos below.

Today will be all Potomac River boating, but should be beautiful too. Cruise plan is slightly under 30NM to Mattawoman Creek - the closest protected an anchorage downriver from DC.
