My pressure cooker is my favourite cooking utensil!
Using it weekly for soups, potatoes, stews.
It does wonder with my induction table. 3kW of power to bring it to temperature in no time. Then I can reduce the power to achieve great efficiency.

Going to start the day off with a bang and make some good ole sausage balls here in about an hour.

These things are so simple, as in just 3 ingredients, and only take about 30 minutes to make. That includes mixing the ingredients and cooking time.

When they come out of the oven, they are so soft, so tasty. I can't wait as I haven't had them in a couple of years or so now.

I'll take some photos after they are done.

1. Made a pot of Pumpkin Soup for dinner tonight. New recipe for me and it turned out delicious.

2. My husband and I went on a pruning rampage in the gardens in preparation for winter.

3. There are still flowers blooming in our yard, so I salvaged what I could after the pruning and plopped them in our handmade vases. (photos attached)
