It's one thing to understand why eating a plant & fungi based diet is part of the solutions to develop an ecologically sustainable society, it's another to put that knowledge into practice.
It's more effective, & in fact more considerate, to advise people to "try out" reducing their #meat & #dairy consumption & try the non-animal part alternatives, than to preach #veganism
Although, l eat plant & fungi based foods because l enjoy them.
#Bayer #Monsanto is definitely among the worst corporations! They are bullying #farmers around the world, even in the US 👹

Going to start the day off with a bang and make some good ole sausage balls here in about an hour.
These things are so simple, as in just 3 ingredients, and only take about 30 minutes to make. That includes mixing the ingredients and cooking time.
When they come out of the oven, they are so soft, so tasty. I can't wait as I haven't had them in a couple of years or so now.

I can’t believe that I reached a significant number of decades before I realised how wonderful Brussels Sprouts are. It all began with my Mother’s cooking of course – she had no idea how to bring out the best of this beautiful vegetable, leaving it bitter and unappetising.
For many years I would cook Brussels Sprouts once per winter. Then I learnt to roast them, and to shred them finely and eat them raw. How my life in Winter changed! I roast them with so many different flavours massaged into those tight little crevises, and to tell you the absolute truth – I can eat a tray of them myself.

The end result is a giant stock pot full of comfort food. Now we have lots of soup for friends, and our freezer.

Today, she asked if I would order her some of the masks I wear. I am excited to give her some of mine and maybe help her avoid Covid for a fifth time.
Nothing like hot soup on a cold, wet and windy day to warm you up.
