Had to queue up for about 15 minutes at #RamenYa in #Amsterdam. Queueing up was worth it and it’s something I got used to at good #Ramen shops. Maybe it’s an indicator? If the waitress warns you that ‘Hakata deluxe miso’ has a lot of (brown) miso, believe them. I think I’ll have to come back to try ‘Hakata shio’ to try the tonkotsu broth separately. But I really like miso so it was fine I skipped the tram and walked home for an hour, feeling stuffed and healthy.
