The U.S. Supreme Court has raised questions about Florida and Texas laws which sought to prevent #socialmedia companies from deciding which posts can be promoted, demoted or blocked.

The court didn’t overturn the state laws - but did say that lower courts should consider the free speech implications of the government interfering with Facebook and X’s rules.
