Let it snow! ❄️

I have added snow to my instance during the winter holidays. It's a tiny JS canvas and fades out on scroll down. The snow is also respecting the system accessibility settings, it won't be there if you prefer reduced motion.

@Kitty Thanks! Yes, indeed, wanted to keep it controlled. Blizzards are not nice 😅 Still thinking about the amount of the snowflakes, but maybe settled with max 50.

@ErikUden Just add the JavaScript bit linked and recompile server assets. Needs server you can make modifications to, cannot be done to Mastohost and equivalent.
