some may still not realise the significance of the "deal with the devil" clause in M$ end user license agreements (or that they want to "end user"), where it says they can change the agreement after you agree.

The best fix for 90% of this shit. Uninstall and block from reinstallation. I actually had a surprise question from a client today about how feasible it would be to move to linux.
