The Windows 11 Start Menu is comically bad.

This machine has a $1600 Core i9 CPU and 128 GB of RAM and this is the performance I often get.

What is going on in Redmond?

Pourquoi avez-vous un ordinateur Windows ? Masochisme ?

I prefer very much more a GNU/Linux Debian than this big crap Micro$oft Window$ 11 ! :-)

I prefer Gentoo, where I have full and immediate control of licensing and what packages get linked. Since I run my desktop more like an embedded minimalistic device, I'd prefer not to pull in the bloated systemD tree or problematic proprietary blobs. This keeps system I/O very quiet and easy to audit security as unexpected behavior is easy to spot.

Gentoo it's too hard for me with the compilation of the package. Too long for LibreOffice and Firefox on my old computer.
